    4. When conducting transactions using bank cards, encrypted details are saved, which are necessary for authentication and completion of payment transactions.

    Removal procedure:
    Upon expiration of the established period:
    1. All backup copies are automatically removed from backup storage;
    2. Complete destruction of data is performed using cryptographic erasure methods;
    3. Information is excluded from logs and system logs.

    Guarantees:
    No archived materials are used for analysis, transfer to third parties or for any purpose other than recovery;
    The storage period is strictly regulated and cannot be extended.
  • Account deactivation and deletion
    When initiating the account closure procedure, the following conditions come into effect:

    1. Legal requirements:
    User data is retained for 365 days from the date of account deactivation.

    2. Permanent deletion:
    After the specified period:
    • Complete deletion of data (messages, documents, metadata) is performed 30 days after the end of the legal storage period;
    • The information is erased from all systems, including backup copies, without the possibility of recovery.

    Key differences from standard practices:
    • Unlike a number of cloud platforms, where data can be stored in "hidden" archives, our system guarantees the physical destruction of information carriers;
    • No pseudo-anonymization - data is deleted, not masked.

    Reasons for temporary storage:
    • Access restoration: 23% of users request reactivation of an account within 8 months after closure;
    • Legal protection: Providing an evidentiary basis for resolving potential disputes.

    Guarantees:
    • During the 365-day period, the data is not used for analytics, marketing or transfer to third parties;
    • Automation of the process eliminates the human factor and the risks of erroneous storage of information.
